How do I find the right inner diameter?
To find the right inner diameter, you need to measure the diameter of your scrotum. To do this, use a tape measure and place it around your scrotum above the testicles. Ideally, you should take a shower or bath beforehand to relax the scrotum. Leave enough space between the measuring tape and the scrotum.
You should be able to slide a finger between them. This will prevent the Ballstretcher from being too tight. You must now divide the result of the measurement in millimeters by a factor of 3.14. The result is the correct inner diameter for the Ballstretcher.

Tips for stretching the scrotum
You should only stretch the scrotum slowly and carefully. Care for the skin of the scrotum regularly to keep it supple. Plan occasional sessions with a longer wearing time. Work your way up slowly and only gradually increase the weight and size of the ball stretcher.

Ich stretche schon seit einigen Jahren. Dachte mit 2 Kilo ist genug. Aber die Lust nach mehr Gewicht ist groß. Deshalb bin ich mittlerweile bei 4 Kilo angekommen. Ich denke da geht auch noch mehr vom Gewicht.
Zieht heftig den Sack nach unten. Ist gut und sauber Verarbeitet. Kann ich nur weiter Empfehlen.

Ich benutze Ballstretcher schon seid vielen Jahren und steigere mich immer gerne, was das Gewicht angeht., IUch hasbe bereits die vollen 6 Kg in Nutzung. Mein erster Ballstretcher mit immerhin 2 Kilo Gewicht, bei 42mm Innendurchmesser.
Er trägt sich hervorragend!
Extrem gute Verarbeitung und durch das glänzende Material sehr edel anzusehen.
Dies wird nicht meine letzte Bestellung hier sein.
Ich oute mich als Profi. Stretche alleine seit vielen Jahren. Mit dem 6 Kilo Ring bin aber auch ich an meine Grenzen gekommen. Mehr kann ich nicht. Aber das reicht auch. Noch länger und ich trete irgendwann auf meine Hoden.
Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert,da problemlose Abwicklung und zeitadäquate Lieferung eines tadellosen Produktes.
